Start ez1099 software, click the top menu "Company" then "Form 1096" to view Form 1096 screen

1. The form 1096 will be generated automatically based on your tax forms.

2. For IRS return, you need to fill out data on red form.

3. If you need to adjust the printing alignment, you can use the offset values. For example: if you need to print data higher, you can enter a value for offset high.

4. Click the PRINT button to fill out data on forms.
