ezW2: How to File W2 Forms to State Electronically

We also added an export feature for your convenience. This export feature can export state W2 form data to .csv file. So if your state can accept the txt or .csv format data, you can upload this file to your state site to file the W2 forms to state electronically.

Step 3: Export W2 data for state return

3.1. Click ezW2 top menu "Import/Export", then click the sub menu "Export".

3.2. You can specify the folder and enter the new file name.
