1095 XML File: StartMonthNumberCd Error and Solution

StartMonthNumberCd' in namespace 'urn:us:gov:treasury:irs:ext:aca:air:ty20'.
Step 2: Reason
You entered the wrong value (or empty value) for field "Plan Start Month" in Part II.

Solution 4.1: If you enter the form data manually
Please make sure you entered the correct value. For example: If your plan start from Jan, please enter "01" there.
After you fixed the error(s), you MUST generate the XML files with ez1095 software again. Please DO NOT modify XML documents manually!!! 
Solution 4.2: If you import the data from file How to import 1095C data
- Please make sure you have the correct data in the data file
- Please make sure you map the field correctly when you import data.
