File 1095 Electronically: Self-File or Use ez1095's In-App E-File Service

ez1095 simplifies 1095/1094-C and 1095/1094-B form preparation, including paper printing, PDF printing, and electronic filing (e-filing) to the IRS and states.

With ez1095, you have two options for e-filing ACA forms with the IRS:

1. Self-Filing - Requires your own TCC (Transmitter Control Code).

2. In-App E-Filing Service - No TCC required; we file on your behalf.
