ezACH Network Version: How to Share the Data with Dropbox

ezACH software makes it easy to generate the NACHA ACH (Automated Clearing House) file for electronic funds transfers. If you purhchased ezACH multiple-user version, you can share the data with the Dropbox or other cloud server.

1. Dropbox Business Plan

Yes, multiple users can share the data with Dropbox the same as with a server. Below is the guide.

2. Dropbox Free/Solo Plan (Sync files across devices)

- If you are the only user to print checks from multiple locations (e.g. home and office), you can use the Dropbox to sync data.

- If two users will NOT generate the ACH file from the same account concurrently, (for example: one employee adds the transactions, and the owner reviews the transactions from another computer), you can use the Dropbox to sync data.

Note:

If multiple users need to process transations from the same account concurrently, we suggest the Dropbox business plan, or a server, or a shared data folder.
