EzCheckPrinting check writing software for Mac saves customers time and money by printing professional checks with logo, MICR encoding and signature on blank stock. Even though the Mac version does not currently support Virtual Printer, Mac customers are still able to take advantage of ezCheckPrinting software to save money on pre-printed checks.
ezCheckPrinting Mac version can work for QuickBooks customers in two ways:
Option 1: Use ezCheckPrinting Blank Check Printing feature
This option works for most Mac customers. With this option, you can print the blank checks anytime you need.
1: Start ezCheckPrinting cheque writer On Mac machine and print blank check with logo and micr encoding
Click the top menu "Print Checks", then click "Print Blank Check" sub menu to open print blank check screen
Choose your print option and click "Print Blank Check" button to print checks
2. Put the blank checks in your printer
3. Start QuickBooks and print checks on these blank checks
Option 2: Use ezCheckPrinting Data Import Function
ezCheckPrinting can import check data from .csv file. So you can export the check data from QuickBooks into .csv file, then import the check data into ezCheckPrinting for bulk printing. You can learn more about data import feature here
