Installation Troubleshooting: Your PC Settings only let you install verified apps from the store

Solution: This issue is caused by a setting on your computer, which restricts the third-party apps and software from being installed. You can modify the settings to solve this issue.

  • 1. Click the "Start" button (at the left bottom corner of your screen)
  • 2. Click "Settings"
  • 3. Click "Apps" (or "Apps & Features")


  • 3 From the "Installing Apps" dropdown list, select the option "All apps from anywhere".


  • Close the Settings window and download our software again.
