How to print checks from multiple locations

1. Dropbox Business Plan

Yes, multiple users can share the data with Dropbox the same as with a server. Below is the guide.

2. Dropbox Free/Solo Plan (Sync files across devices)

- If you are the only user to print checks from multiple locations (e.g. home and office), you can use the Dropbox to sync data.

- If two users will NOT generate the checks from the same account concurrently, (for example one employee adds the checks, and the owner reviews the checks from another computer), you can use the Dropbox to sync data.

More Information

If multiple users need to print checks from the same account concurrently, we suggest the Dropbox business plan, or a server, or a shared data folder.
