Form W2C W3C software: How to Add a New Account

Preprinted W2C and W3C forms are NOT necessary!
ezW2Correction software makes it easy to print W2C and W3C forms. ezW2Correction software can support multiple accounts on the same computer with no extra charge.

You can follow the instructions below to add a new account to amend W2 and W3 forms.

Option 1: Add a new account from scratch

Start ezW2Correction software, click the top menu "Company Management", then click the sub menu "Add Company" to add a new account.

Option 2: Add a new account by duplicating the current account

Start ezW2Correction software, click the top menu "Company Management", then click the sub menu "Backup current Company" to add a new account by duplicating current account.

Switch the current account

You can click the ezW2Correction top menu "Company Management", then click the sub menu "Select Company" to switch the current account. You can always find current account name from the top menu bar.
