ezAccounting Software: How to Import QuickBooks Employee List
Previous QuickBooks users can switch to
ezAccounting software easily. ezAccounting software simplies account set up by
importing QuickBooks customer list,
vendor list and employee list.
Import Employee List from QuickBooks (Optional).
Step 1: Export employee list from Quickbooks Employee Center
Select Employee Center from QB and click "Excel -> Export Employee List..." from the menu.

Select "A comma separated values (.csv) file" from next dialog box

Step 2: Import employee data into ezAccounting
Start ezAccounting application, click the top "Import/Export" tab, then click the sub menu "Import Employee from QB" to open the Import Employee screen

- Click "Open file" to select exported QB Employee list file
- Click "Import" to import the employee list file
