ezAccounting Software: How to Record Cash Transactions
You may receive the cash payment. ezAccounting software can record such payment with petty cash account easily.

Double click the desktop ezAccounting icon to start ezAccounting Click the button "Non-inv Sales" under the tab Get Paid on the control panel.
Enter Sales Details Choose "Petty Cash" account as the deposit account.

You can add a transfer to record cash transactions between accounts after you deposit cash to your bank account.
Click the top menu "Banking/Checks/Accounts", then the sub menu "Add transfer" to add account transfer information Choose "Petty Cash" as FROM ACCOUNT You can choose savings account or checking account as the TO ACCOUNT.
