How to Transfer ezPaycheck Payroll Software from Windows to Mac
If you need to transfer ezPaycheck from Windows computer to Mac, please follow this guide.
1.
You need to purchase the new license to use ezPaycheck on Mac.
The ezPaycheck payroll software licenses for Windows and Mac are different
2.
The database file for Windows and Mac are different.
- If you have one company account, you can help you convert the database file for free.
- If you have many company accounts(ie: you are a CPA with many clients accounts), we will charge a service fee. Please
contact us for a quote.
Steps to transfer ezPaycheck from Windows to Mac
Step 1. Install ezPaycheck on Mac

After you ordered the new Mac version license, please
contact us for the guide to send the database file.
Step 4. We will convert the database file, and send it back.
Step 5: Afte you receive new database file, download and restore it on your Mac.
5.1 Start ezPaycheck on Mac, and click the top menu "Company->Restore company" to open the Database Restore screen.
5.2 On the Database Restore screen, click Select backup database to be restored button to select your database file.
