ezPaycheck: How to Re-print Tax Forms for Previous Years

(File form W2, W3, 940 and 941 for Year to 2025)

ezPaycheck payroll software makes it easy to print W2, W3, 941 and 940. Here is guide about how to print/re-print tax forms for previous years.

Option 1: If you were our client in previous years, you can roll back to previous version of ezPaycheck to print tax forms

1.1. As a precaution, back up data.

1.2. Uninstall the current version

1.3. Download the previous versoin of ezPaycheck.
For example: if you need to re-print Year Form 941, you should download ezPaycheck .

1.4 Enter the license key and reprint the tax forms
License key is required to print forms. Please search your email account for the license key message from "[email protected]". If you still need assistance, you can follow our resend key instructions.

    Option 2: If you are a new client
