For QuickBooks online version customers, ADOBE or ADOBE compatible PDF reader is required to print checks correctly.. Otherwise, you may get "Index was out of bounds of array" or "Invalid QB check error" or other errors.
According to our clients' feedbacks, Internet Explorer and Edge are with less QuickBooks check printing issues. If you see any error with QB check printing with Chrome, please try to open QB online with IE or Edge.
