Time Clock Software: How to Back up ezTimeSheet Data

With ezTimeSheet, you can back up data easily. Here is the step by step guide.

Option 1. Back up data with ezTimeSheet database backup feature

You can back up data to USB disk, other machine, server, CD, cloud driver or other location easily.

  • Start ezTimeSheet and Log on as administrator





  • Click the top menu "settings" then "Manage Database" to view Manage Database screen.

  • Click the "Backup/Duplicate Current Database" button to backup database





    Option 2. Back up data manualy

    The database file is .mdb file.

    The default data folder is:
    C:\Users\Public\Documents\Halfpricesoft\ezTimeSheet
