  • Where to e-file Delaware?
    Please go to https://myDelawaretaxes.Delaware.gov

  • How to generate Delaware electronic file?
    Open ezW2, in "Current Company" tab, select "efile W2" -> Generate State Efile for Delaware. fill out W2 form


  • What is included in Delaware electronic file?
    Each data file should include RA, RE, RS, and RF records. RW and RT records are optional. (RV, RW, RO, RT, and RU records will be ignored if present.)
