    Please go to https://tap.utah.gov

  • How to generate Utah electronic file?
    Open ezW2, in "Current Company" tab, select "efile W2" -> Generate State Efile for Utah. fill out W2 form


  • What is included in Utah electronic file?
    ezW2 e-File includes RA, RE, RS, RT and RF records with 512 bytes for each record.
