ezW2 Software: How to Edit a W2 Form

With ezW2 software, you can
- enter the data manually
- or import data from spreadsheet, efile document, ezPaycheck, QuickBooks IIF file or others.

You can edit the form(s) easily by following this guide.

(Note: if you have already submitted the W2 forms to SSA and need to file W2C Correction forms, please follow the W2C & W3C guide.)

Step 1: Start ezW2 software, click the top menu "Current Company->Form W2" to view W2 form list.

Step 2: Select one form from list and click "Edit xxxx XXXX Record" link to edit and save the form

Step 3: Print Form(s)

Preprinted forms are NOT necessary!
ezW2 software is approved by SSA to print all W-2 forms (copy A, B, C, D, 1 & 2) and W-3 form on white paper. If you still prefer the red forms, our W2 form software can fill in data on pre-printed forms also.

- ezW2 can print W2 copy A on white paper with one-per-page format. This is the SSA approved format
