How to Print W-2 Forms on Plain White Paper with ezW2 Software

Preprinted forms are NOT necessary!

ezW2 software, approved by the SSA (SSA Vendor ID: 1335) since 2006, allows users to print all W-2 and W-3 forms on plain white paper. For those who prefer using pre-printed red forms, ezW2 software can seamlessly fill in the data on these forms as well.

Follow these steps to print W-2 forms on plain white paper for your employees and the SSA. You can use your black-and-white home or office laser printer or ink-jet printer to print the W-2 and W-3 forms.

Step 1: Start ezW2 software.

1.1 If you haven't installed ezW2 software yet, you can download the free trial version with no obligation to purchase.

1.2 After you installed this W2 form software, you can click desktop shortcut to start ezW2 software easily.

Step 2: Click the top menu "Current Company", then select sub menu "Form W2" to open W-2 Form list screen.

Step 3: Then click the "Print" button to open W-2 Print Option screen.

- You can print SSA copy A on white paper
- You can print employees copies in 4-up format (print copy B, C, 2 on one sheet) on white paper.
- You can select one copy B, C, D, 1 and 2, print them on white paper in one-form-per-sheet format.
